The piece arrived very quickly and the company kept me well-informed with emails about the order receipt and shipment. I would give it 5 stars, except for the lack of dimensions in the description. I didn't know how large the piece would be and I wish that the description had included the dimensions of the piece.

I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday with expediated shipping. The cross is very attractive and appears to be of high quality. The leather cord is fairly thin and smooth but goes well with the sleek look of the pendant. The 18 inch cord worked just fine since her boyfriend is fairly thin and it was't too tight on him (actually had plenty of room).
The box it came is was also very nice and of high quality -- overall, a very good purhcase and I would order from this company again with confidence.

(More customer reviews)I ordered these for the young men in my life, my two sons and two nephews. It's smaller than I thought, about 1/2 inch in diameter. A nice size for the young men though. The cord has to be tied on and the boys were 50/50 on whether they liked that. I'm ordering a black jeweler lace with a clasp for my oldest son. He has to take his off when in uniform and it will make it easier for it. The string was long enough easily and their necks are about 15 - 16 inch range.
We are Irish decent and I liked giving them something stylish with meaning and enlightening them about their ancestry too. I'm very happy with them so far. I ordered three at first then went back and ordered a fourth after seeing them.
This is an aged-look silver. Rustic and masculine with the black cord in my opinion.

Away from that, the package was nice, invoice was shipped with it, and the overall presentation of the item was fair enough for me. Once opened, the pendant looked as impressive as I expected, colour was nice, very bright with direct light on it, so if you have already purchased a chain for it, make sure it also shines enough.
Related with built quality, details are very well finished, borders are fine and overall it will fit your expectations (At least mine ones).

Upon first receival, the cross was damaged. It was scratched and looked worn. The return was simple, but I later got online again to review the cross and noticed that the price had dropped over $100.. it even had the suggested retail at a lower price. I felt extremely ripped off. I had to go through the process of contacting the buyer to ask what was up. The buyer let me return the cross and buy it back at the lower price. I felt it was shady that the suggested retail just all of the sudden changed a few days later, so beware of that.

(More customer reviews)This is a fine necklace. I'm a guy, so I wanted a nice ankh necklace because the ankh symbol means a lot to me. This particular one seemed masculine because it (1) has grooves in the ankh itself to make it look more rugged and (2)it appears to have been pre-worn by the picture with the black-ish looking markings.
What arrived is a very pretty necklace. It does have the grooves, exactly as seen in the picture, but be forewarned that this is not a dark necklace (there are NO dark black marks on it and it is very shiny). While it was kind of disappointing that it looked a bit different than pictured, it's still very nice. I wear it daily now.
The box chain it comes with is gorgeous but a little feminine, in my opinion--so I got an actual dark-colored chain to go with it. Mix those together, and it'll suit a guy just fine.
It is not a perfect necklace: There is a TINY imprint on the back of the ankh and there are no details on the back of the ankh itself (so if the ankh flips over, there are no visible grooves, in other words).
I mean, this necklace was under $20. I think it's worth what you pay for.

It's concave, which gives it a very cheap look. I am very disappointed. I looked forward to wearing it too much. Now I'll need to find one that looks better. The other products I received from Sabrina Silver I'll rate much higher though.

It weighs about one gram....which makes it extremely thin like tin foil. Also, it is a bit small looking around a grown man's neck. I wish it came in a more sturdy size considering the great design.
