The item I received in exchange was in great conditon with no defects. This seller makes good on promises to exchange items and goes the extra mile to do so. Great contact with this seller and they are a great Amazon.com seller. This cross is nice for the price and much larger then can be found any where else on the Internet. The chain is a litte patite and long but you can always get another chain or shorten this one as the seller recommeds.
