(More customer reviews)I bought this item and another, different pendant for gifts for Mother's day. My mother got her gift in plenty of time and everything was fine. That was a different company. THIS company screwed up the address so that it was returned to them and my Mother-in-law got nothing for Mother's day. I told them to send it to me, then, and they did. Except it is not the item I chose and paid for. It is a silver clannad charm, not a gold cross. They just could not have messed this up any more if they tried.
