(More customer reviews)The time lapse between when I ordered and when it actually arrived was way too long; in fact when I got the email from amazon stating that it had not been sent yet after almost a month, I said to forget it that i was no longer interested; however, later that night i got an email saying it had been sent out that day - my request completely disregarded.
When it arrived, though in a beautiful fancy package, the pendant itself was not clean - it had fingerprints all over it and has scratches on it which the jewler said won't come out.
Very disappointed.
