Upon first receival, the cross was damaged. It was scratched and looked worn. The return was simple, but I later got online again to review the cross and noticed that the price had dropped over $100.. it even had the suggested retail at a lower price. I felt extremely ripped off. I had to go through the process of contacting the buyer to ask what was up. The buyer let me return the cross and buy it back at the lower price. I felt it was shady that the suggested retail just all of the sudden changed a few days later, so beware of that.
