I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday with expediated shipping. The cross is very attractive and appears to be of high quality. The leather cord is fairly thin and smooth but goes well with the sleek look of the pendant. The 18 inch cord worked just fine since her boyfriend is fairly thin and it was't too tight on him (actually had plenty of room).
The box it came is was also very nice and of high quality -- overall, a very good purhcase and I would order from this company again with confidence.
