The only thing I had to do was slightly tighten the clamp so when the locking arm is in place, it's snaps tight and won't open when I sleep (yes, I wear them to bed and I don't even notice them). They're so light I don't know I'm wearing them. The loop is slightly larger than In expected but that's my fault -- the size of the loop was published, so that's not a gripe. They're so economically priced, if I lose one (which is usually what happens) it'll be feasible to buy another pair (and I'll get the right size the next time). Oh, and they don't set off the alarm when I go through airport security so I don't have to take them off for that.
